Return/Exchange Policy
Fanzilla Jackets tend to deliver the best services and the products we have are made up of premium quality material. We take every possible step to make our services convenient and maintain quality. However, it is specified that the item might be a slight different from the image, because of the light effects or sometimes the features are not prominent in the images.
But if you come across some sizing or major color issue you can avail of the return and exchange service under the following conditions.
Return Procedure
The return facility can only be entertained within 14 days after receiving the item. To request for return contact at the email address given at the contact us page. After 14 days return will not be validated.
If you want to cancel the order, the cancellation can only be made possible within 24 hours (if you want your complete amount back into your account). Moreover, cancellation made after 24 hours will encounter the following conditions.
- Canceling the order after 24 hours will make a deduction of 30% of the customer’s total amount.
- Cancellation after 3 days before shipping will make a deduction of 50% of the customer’s total amount.
- Once your order get confirmed, after 3 days of confirmation cancellation will not be authenticated.
While returning the product make sure the item contains the original tag and kept in the same unworn condition. If the issue happened from our side the return and exchange will be facilitated within 7 days of delivery.
Each customer has to mention the issue with the order placing details to clearly define the mistake (if occurred from the company’s side). Take the picture of the issue you encounter, attach it in the email with the screenshot of the order details you provide.
The item will be replaced with the desired product size, but in this case, the customer has to bear the shipping and handling cost which leans on the weight of the product.
The Return and Exchange Policy will not be Applicable under the Following Situations
Return or exchange will not be entertained on the custom orders, so make sure the item you are offering has the exact size, color and you have a request for the accurate item.
You cannot avail of this facility if you have ordered the same product in different sizes or colors.
If the mistake has occurred from the customer’s side, the company will not be liable for providing any service of return or exchange.
Things to Consider While Requesting for Return/Exchange
Consider the above mentioned time, if you want to request for the exchange/return. Just contact at the given email address on which you placed the order.
When the return request gets approved from the company, the customer support team will provide you an RMA number which should be attached over the packaging while you are sending it back.
Fanzilla Jackets never asked for the additional tax amount or other charges, however, each country has its customs policies which will be bearable by the customer.
